How our Mailroom Readr app Works
1) Assign Parcel
When a parcel arrives or the internal item is ready to collect, simply use the Mailroom Readr application to assign the package or Item, like keys, laptop, etc, to the recipient. You simply take up to 5 photos of the parcel or other items and add additional information such as Location, Courier, and Additional Notes.
2) Notify Recipient
Once a parcel or loan item has been assigned to the recipient, an automated email gets sent to confirm that the parcel or Item has arrived & ready to be collected. You can amend the email wording via the Mailroom Dashboard.
3) Parcel / Item Collection
Once the recipient arrives to collect the parcel or their Loan item, they are required to digitally sign for their parcel / Item to confirm the collection. This ensures a correct audit of collection with the additional verification on who collected the parcel or Loan item..

Signature Capture
All parcels during the collection stage requires a signature. This is to verify the recipient collecting the parcel & improves parcel security at your site.
